B / „Cut stone“ - Office building for one of the ministries in Baku, 10 000 m2, 8 floors, underground parking on the land-plot. The facades are made of a black or white stone (large format plates) and black semi-transparent glass, partially reflecting the surroundings, grand square for parades, with water elements and gardens in front of the building. International competition 2013.



C / „Crystal“ - Office building for one of the ministries in Baku, 10 000 m2, 8 floors, underground parking on the land-plot. Crystal shape spans over the square as a protection and threat at the same time, and enlights it in the darkness of the night. Coastline Building

2013-2014 Baku, Azerbaijan

A / The coastline "Winding tower" shows itself as a dynamic substance. The design shows this proposed option of facades with semantics of motion or a dancing gesture. The dynamics are "anchored" with visible spears. Office building, 15 000 m2, twelve floors formed into a round layout, one entrance from the road, another one from the footbridge, underground parking, different layouts of office units. Glass facade, shading system. Study, Baku.



B / The coastline "LIQUID" shows itself as an organic substance. The design shows this proposed option of facades with semantics of water or a flowing stream. Office building, 15 000 m2, twelve floors formed into a round layout, one entrance from the road, another one from the footbridge, underground parking, different layouts of office units. C / The coastline "FLOWER" shows itself as an exotic substance of nature. The design introduces this proposed option of facades with semantics of vegetable motif or a rose-bud. The main idea is to use colour and light. Office building, 15 000 m2, twelve floors formed into a round layout, one entrance from the road, another one from the footbridge, underground parking, different layouts of office units. BAKU Commercial

2014 Baku, Azerbaijan

Commercial building in Baku, 5 floors, shops, offices, gym, atrium with a terrace and a garden. Three playful designs – organic, shaped by steel profiles covered with stone cladding, wavy, where each floor layout is created by a different shape of wave, overlapping each other in an irregular pattern and cubical, facing street with windows in different angles, comming out of the facade as endings of separate prisms of the size approx. 2x2m. Study.

Town Hall - Kardašova Řečice

Reconstruction of a town hall, 900 m2, historical building with the front facade to the main square. Municipality offices, multipurpose hall, library. Extension of the courtyard part. Historical facade facing the town square shows new openings to the attic space. Architectural competition 2013.
